What counts as one credit?

One image translated into one target language uses one credit. Translate one screenshot into three languages and you use three credits. A new generation request uses another credit; editing or exporting the same result does not.

What happens when processing fails?

A job reserves its credit when submitted. If processing finishes in failure, the reserved credit is returned. A slow response is not necessarily a failed job: reopen the editor to resume it rather than submit another translation.

Do credits expire or work in StructOCR?

Purchased ImageL10n credits do not currently expire automatically. Your identity is shared with StructOCR, but ImageL10n balances are separate from StructOCR OCR and Tools credits.

What is included today?

Single-image AI translation, manual text and layout editing, saved cloud documents and original-size PNG/JPG exports. Plain backgrounds work best. Batch AI processing, ZIP export, saved glossaries, API plans and team subscriptions are not available yet.
